TROX HESCO Schweiz AG fulfils all requirements set by the new construction product regulations and goes a step further.
The new construction product regulations (EU no. 305/2011) have applied in the EU since 1 July 2013. Switzerland has adapted its construction products law in line with EU law. In Switzerland, construction products may still be brought onto the market according to the old law up to 30 June 2015. Construction products must be marketed and sold based on the new law from 1 July at the latest.
According to the construction products law, construction products that have been registered under a designated harmonised technical standard, or for which a European technical assessment has been issued, can only be brought onto the market or prepared for the market if the manufacturer has drafted a performance declaration for the product.
TROX HESCO Schweiz AG meets all legal requirements…
For all products from TROX HESCO Schweiz AG, which are subject to harmonised EN standards (hEN), the corresponding performance declarations are available to download from the website. For fire dampers, the VKF certificates (although no longer required by law) are also to be found online.
…and goes a step further
For construction products that are not subject to harmonised standards, there may be other directives that have to be fulfilled. On the TROX HESCO Schweiz AG website you will find the so-called installation declarations for such products, which indicate the applicable directives.
